Take US 36 West towards Boulder. Exit at Foothills Parkway/CO-157. Turn Right onto Arapahoe Ave. Turn Left onto 55th Street. 2477 55th Street is 0.6 mile down 55th Street on the left hand side (in the Flatiron Park West complex).
From Denver International Airport:
Use of highways through Denver - no toll ways:
- As you exit the airport follow Péna Boulevard to I-70 West.
- Take I-270 West/North to US-36 Westbound.
- As you enter Boulder, exit at Foothills Parkway/CO-157.
- Turn Right onto Arapahoe Ave. Turn Left onto 55th Street.
- 2477 55th Street is 0.6 mile down 55th Street on the left hand side (in the Flatiron Park West complex).
Use of the toll way - check with rental car company:
- As you exit the airport and rental car area, take the first exit onto E-470 N Toll way towards Ft. Collins and Boulder.
- Take the E-470/Northwest Parkway for 27 miles until you reach US 36.
- Take a right turn and merge onto US 36 West. Take US 36 West towards Boulder.
- Exit at Foothills Parkway/CO-157.
- Turn Right onto Arapahoe Ave. Turn Left onto 55th Street.
- 2477 55th Street is 0.6 mile down 55th Street on the left hand side (in the Flatiron Park West complex).
